we have a team of
exceptional specialist and support workers. There is now an
opportunity to be a part of this inspiring team.
As an Assistant Support Worker, you will provide life changing support
to those most in need. Whether it is attending appointments with
residents or organising external activities and trips or facilitating
workshops designed to promote independent living you will play a key
role in their support. Working as part of a professional Support team,
your activities will ensure that we provide a safe, warm and welcoming
environment and person-centred programmes designed to achieve
physical, mental and independent living skills.
The successful applicant will be diligent and conscientious and have
the ability to assist in assessments, care planning and client
reviews, a commitment to Health & Safety, be capable of effectively
managing challenging behaviour, and be able to demonstrate a
commitment to effective professional practice.
